Regarding Award of work order for selection of implementation agency for enhancing capabilities of exisiting accident response system and traffic management centre under MPRDC

We Win Ltd has received a work order from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) to be the implementation agency for enhancing capabilities of the existing Accident Response System and Traffic Management Centre. The domestic order is valued at Rs. 8,69,97,600/- (exclusive of GST) for a period of three years, with a potential extension of up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance. The company has confirmed no promoter/related party interest in the awarding entity.

Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

We Win Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from June 23, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and aims to prevent insider trading prior to the financial results announcement, the date of which will be intimated subsequently.
