Adcounty Media India Ltd's board approved increasing its borrowing and charge creation limits from ₹100 Crores to ₹200 Crores, alongside similar increases for inter-corporate loans/guarantees under sections 185 and 186. Critically, the board also approved material related party transactions with three entities and a substantial 150% hike in monthly remuneration for four Executive Directors (from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs). All these decisions are subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
