Nila Infrastructures Limited has received an intimation from Gujarat Housing Board for the cancellation of a construction project of redevelopment of 'Nirmal Apartment'. The project was awarded to the Company vide Letter of Award dated 27.10.2023 for construction of 300 HIG residential units and 18 commercial shops through redevelopment. The Gujarat Housing Board has decided not to proceed with the project and has intimated the Company about return back of bank EMD furnished by the Company to GHB in this regard.
