Ref: Submission of Information under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 This is to inform that the Company has today received an intimation from Gujarat Housing Board for Cancellation of a construction project of redevelopment of "Nirmal Apartment". The project was originally awarded to the Company vide Letter of Award dated 27.10.2023 for construction of 300 HIG residential units and 18 commercial shops through redevelopment. Gujarat Housing Board has decided not to proceed with the project and intimated the Company on27 August 2026 about return back of bank EMD furnished by the Company to GHB in this regard. With reference to the above, requisite disclosure in terms of above referred SEBI Regulations is given in the annexure. Shops for total developmen t cost of almost INR L42.73 Crore on PPP basis hereby th Company was entitled to the amount of realization 0f additionally constructed 580 housing units and commercial shops as consideration. Date of Execution of Work Order The workwas awarded by GHB to the Company vide LOA dated 27.L0.2023 and the intimation of cancellation thereof is received today onZT.0g.2026. Details of Amendment / Consequent upon cancellation of work order by GHB; the and its Cancellation Effect order book position of the Company is reduced to the thereon extent of cost of development i.e. INR 142.73 Crores. The EMD Money deposited by the Company shall be returned by the GHB to the Company consequent upon the cancelation.
