This is to inform you that the Shareholder at the 106th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, have approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of the 106th AGM
Mr. Md Shahnawaz, Proprietor of M/s. M Shahnawaz & Associates, Company Secretaries was appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors, has submitted his report dated September 23, 2026, on E-voting. The said report is also enclosed herewith.
The Indian Wood Products Company Ltd has announced the voting results of its 106th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held on September 22, 2026. The meeting approved all the resolutions, including the appointment of a new director, and declared a final dividend of Re.0.20 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2026.
