Sonal Mercantile Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the upcoming Board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Board meeting, the date of which will be intimated later.
