This closure will be effective from July 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading prior to the release of financial information.
