(i.e. 1.07 acres approximately) together with buildings thereon situated in "Auto Nagar" of Bagh Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana, has been sold to Vega Elite LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership, for a total consideration of Rs.12,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crores only). An amount of Rs.4,00,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crores) has been received by the Company as advance.
