RMC Switchgears Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure is in adherence to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The date for the Board Meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
