MOIL Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Cessation of Usha Singh as Executive Director of the company w.e.f. July 01, 2026. Smt. Usha Singh has been ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f 01.07.2026 due to attaining the age of superannuation. Shri Vishwanath Suresh, CMD, MOIL has been assigned additional charge of the post of Director (Human Resource) for an initial period of 03 months.
