Dear Sir/Madam,
In continuation of our letter no. CS/NSE-BSE/2026-27/104 regarding the cessation of the Director
(Human Resource) and the assignment of the additional charge to Shri Vishwanath Suresh, Chairman
and Managing Director (CMD), this is to inform you that the Government of India, vide order no. S-
14/1/2025-BLA dated September 22, 2026, has granted an extension of the additional charge of the
post of Director (Human Resource) to Shri Vishwanath Suresh, CMD, MOIL, for a further period of
one-year w.e.f 01.10.2026 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
