This transaction involved an inter-se transfer of shares by way of gift from Mr. Rajendra Namdeo Salunkhe, an immediate relative. The acquisition falls under an exemption provided by Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, as it is an internal transfer within the promoter and promoter group. Importantly, the aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged after this transaction.
