Godrej Properties Ltd has informed that the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs. 750 crore, rated by ICRA Limited, has been fully repaid on maturity dated July 03, 2026. ICRA has withdrawn the credit rating assigned to the said NCDs and reaffirmed its rating assigned to the other instruments of the Company.
