The AGM will be held on 27th August, 2026 through video conferencing (VC)/ other audio-visual means (OAVM) to transact the following businesses: to receive and adopt the Audited Standalone Financial Statements, to appoint a Director, and to consider and pass a Special Resolution for the reappointment of Mr. Sandipan Chakravortty as an Independent Director.
