Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd has received a penalty order from the Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax, Nagole GST Division, Hyderabad, for Rs. 51,52,528/- under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, related to ISD ITC availed for FY 2020-21, but the company intends to file an appeal against the order.
