ABFRL continues to grow double digit;
posts 11% revenue growth in Q1 FY27
Financial Performance
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting today, approved the
results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. These financials are post factoring
in necessary adjustments under Ind AS. Please note these results should be
read in conjunction with the investor presentation.

Performance Highlights for the Quarter
1. ABFRL delivered another quarter of double-digit growth with healthy
performance across segments
a. Revenue up 11% YoY, to reach Rs. 2026 Cr
2. Broad-based retail performance continued to underpin growth, driven by
strong execution and an expanding footprint
a. Pantaloons segment up 10% vs LY
i. Pantaloons format retail LTL stood at 4% YoY
ii. OWND grew 55% led by store additions
b. Luxury portfolio grew 30% YoY, led by Galeries Lafayette scale up and
strong performance from The Collective & Mono brands (TCMB)
i. Double digit LTL growth for TCMB
c. TMRW portfolio delivered 11% YoY growth, with offline contribution
exceeding 15% this quarter
d. Ethnic posted 5% LTL growth in a shortened wedding period
3. Expansion momentum remained strong and broadly distributed across the
portfolio, sustaining the pace of recent quarters
a. Added 45+ new stores, taking the total retail footprint beyond 7.9 Mn
sq. ft.
4. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs. 167 Cr vs Rs. 169 Cr LY
a. EBITDA margin for the quarter was 8.2%, down vs LY due to
i. Lower other income vs LY (~70 bps impact)
ii. Scale up in OWND and Galeries Lafayette
b. Cash losses for TMRW continued to narrow YoY
c. Ethnic portfolio margins remained stable YoY

TMRW - Leading portfolio of digital first fashion brands
Masstige & Value Retail
Segment recorded revenue of Rs. 1204 Cr. growing 10% YoY. EBITDA Margin for
the segment stood at 15.9%, down vs LY primarily due to investment in
OWND's growth and scale-up journey.
Pantaloons format delivered another strong quarter, with revenue growing 7%
and LTL growth at 4%. Momentum was supported by refreshed stores, sharper
merchandise and a more evolved omnichannel proposition. OWND continued to
scale, delivering 55% YoY growth, driven by network expansion.
During the quarter, 10 stores were opened across both formats—1 Pantaloons
and 9 OWND. At the end of the quarter, the network stood at 399 Pantaloons
stores and 88 OWND stores.
Ethnic Brands
Our ethnic portfolio is India’s largest & most comprehensive ethnic wear
portfolio with 2200+ Cr annual revenue and 670+ stores across brands.
Designer led brands portfolio delivered profitable growth, supported by
strong product traction and high-impact collaborations with leading
domestic and global celebrities and platforms. With 60+ stores across
prime locations, retail remains a key growth engine.
Premium ethnic wear brands – The portfolio continued to make
measured progress, with a sharper focus on disciplined execution,
improving operating efficiency and building a more sustainable business
model.
TCNS continued to sharpen its model, with a clear focus on driving
stronger economics and sustainable scale. Retail remained the key growth
engine, supported by 8 new store additions during the quarter, while
other channels were recalibrated to improve productivity and quality of
growth. Continued focus on product, assortment freshness and customer
relevance are expected to support growth across channels.
TASVA, the premium men’s ethnic wear brand, delivered strong 35% YoY
sales growth, supported by robust LTL performance—marking its 8th
consecutive quarter of sustained momentum. Brand rolled out TASVA
Custom across 40 stores, providing tailored fits and extended sizing to
better serve diverse customer needs.
Jaypore delivered double digit YoY growth during the quarter, driven by
continued network expansion and renewed thrust on e-commerce. The
brand’s retail footprint now spans 44 stores.
Luxury Retail
The Collective & Mono Brands (TCMB) business posted double digit growth
enabled by curated in-store experiences, strategic partnerships for customer
acquisition and continued network expansion. The business footprint, including
mono-brand stores, now spans 51 locations; strengthening its reach and
customer engagement.
Galeries Lafayette, India’s first flagship luxury department store, has steadily
built momentum since commencing operations in November 2025, with
continued improvement across key consumer metrics. The platform is
strengthening awareness, aspiration and purchase intent, while attracting new
customers and driving repeat engagement.
TMRW
The portfolio delivered 11% YoY growth in Q1 primary sales, driven by category
expansion and continued premiumisation. The secondary sales growth was
higher at 16%. Cash losses narrowed further, supported by scale efficiencies
and operating leverage. The portfolio also strengthened its omnichannel
footprint, ending the quarter with 140+ stores, including WROGN, across key
markets nationwide.
Way forward
The year has begun on an encouraging note, with Q1 delivering steady business
momentum supported by network expansion, stronger brand traction and
sharper execution across key markets. While profitability remained moderate
during the quarter, the underlying operating performance continued to
strengthen as newer businesses scaled in line with our stated strategy on
building a diversified play.
The focus remains on driving sustainable growth through measured expansion,
deeper consumer engagement and improved productivity across channels. As
the cost environment evolves, the company will undertake appropriate cost
optimisation and calibrated pricing interventions to protect profitability while
maintaining consumer value and competitiveness.
The structural opportunity in organised retail remains compelling. The strength
of our brands, the relevance of our portfolio and disciplined execution of our
strategic priorities position us well to navigate near-term volatility and build a
stronger, more efficient and sustainable business.
