Visaka Industries Limited has formally authorized its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), including the Managing Director, Joint Managing Director, and Chief Financial Officer, for the purpose of determining the materiality of events or information. These designated KMPs are also responsible for making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges, in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
