Bhadane as President (Marketing- V-Boards division) and both have become part of Senior Management Personnel category (ref. Table-B of Annexure-I) (iii) Mr. Ramakanth Kunapuli has been promoted as Vice President & Company Secretary a Key managerial personnel (ref. Brings a proven record of establishing new businesses, developing high-performing teams and translating market opportunities into structured business plans and commercial results. His career includes leadership assignments includes - National Head, Sales & Marketing at M/s. Simpolo Ceramics, Asst. General Manager, S & M, West & Central India based at Ahmedabad at Kajaria Ceramics Limited, Sr. General Manager, S & M, North, East & Central India based at Noida at M/s. He has extensive experience in P&L management, business transformation, business creation, sales & distribution, project and institutional sales, channel development, market expansion and new product launches. He is Currently serving as a President of Marketing– V--Boards at Visaka Industries Ltd., he leads the complete business portfolio covering strategy, P&L, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, closely coordination with Plant, Technical and Logistics. His career includes leadership assignments with Reliance Industries, NITCO, Greenply Industries, HIL, Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices, VST Industries, Godfrey Phillips India, Asian PPG Industries and JK White Cement. His experience includes building businesses from scratch, launching and relaunching products, developing PAN-India distribution networks, driving project/institutional business and building high- performance teams. He has successfully built and managed large distribution and customer ecosystems, including a dealers / sub dealers, and has led cross-functional teams of professionals.
