The Byke Hospitality Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Patodia as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of five years, and the appointment of Mr. Mihir Dhadve as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Mr. Patodia's tenure will conclude on July 31, 2026, and he will be re-appointed for another term of five years with effect from August 1, 2026. Mr. Dhadve's appointment is effective from July 27, 2026.
