Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned subject cited above, we are pleased to announce that The Byke Hospitality Limited has signed Agreements/Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for upcoming properties, which we feel is of material importance pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Byke Hospitality Limited announces signing of Agreements/MOUs for the following properties in the below mentioned locations: 1. Nashik- The Company has entered into an agreement to operate "The Byke Astara Club Resort," situated at S. No. 89/3 & 89/6, Vilholi Shivar, Nashik. The property features 10 Villas comprising of 30 keys, and 24 Suite Apartments comprising of 48 keys, complemented by full club amenities, including a dedicated Club Building, Swimming Pool, and Lawn area. 2. Mumbai- Sahar Road: The Company has signed a MOU for a property located at Aviara C Wing, Opp. Hilton Garden Inn, Sahar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai– 400099. The property will be operated under "The Byke" brand and is proposed to comprise of 59 keys, complete with an entrance lobby, reception desk, terrace area, and dining space. 3. Mumbai- Borivali East: The Company has signed a MOU to manage and operate a hotel property under "The Byke" brand, located at Main Kasturba Road, Borivali East, Mumbai – 400066. The premises will comprise 49 keys alongside key hospitality amenities, including an in-house restaurant and dedicated parking facilities.
