This measure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, is in anticipation of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
