Tanla Platforms Ltd announced that Dr. Sanjay Kapoor, a Non-Executive Director, will retire from his position effective from the close of business hours on July 24, 2026. This retirement is due to the completion of his two-year term, for which he was appointed at the Annual General Meeting held on July 25, 2024. The Board of Directors expressed their appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure. Consequently, Dr. Kapoor will also cease to be a member of the Risk Management Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
