Outcome of Board Meeting
Singer India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on Jun 25, 2026, where the Board approved the Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members to receive the dividend has been fixed as July 31, 2026. The Board also approved the remuneration payable to Mr. Rakesh Khanna, Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director, for the remaining period of his tenure from April 5, 2026 to April 4, 2028, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
