In continuation of our earlier letter dated July 03, 2026, we are pleased to inform you that the 48th Annual General
Meeting ('AGM') of the members of Singer India Limited (the 'Company') will be held on Friday, August 07, 2026 at
1:30 P.M (1ST) through Video Conference ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'), in compliance with the
applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the 'Act'), rules made thereunder, Securities and Exchange Board
of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and General
Circular number 9/2024 dated 19 September, 2024 read with General Circular number 03/2025 dated September
22, 2025 read with circulars dated, 8 April,2020, 13 April, 2020, 5 May, 2020, 13 January,2021, 14 December, 2021,
28 December, 2022, 25 September, 2023, 19 September, 2024, and other relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of
Corporate Affairs {collectively referred to as "MCA Circulars") read along with circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CMDI/
CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020, Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/ CIR/P/2020/242 dated December 9,
2020,Circular No. SEBI/HO/ CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2021/11 dated January 15, 2021, Circular No

all those shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar & Share Transfer Agent/
Depository Participant{s) in due course of time in compliance with the applicable MCA circulars, SEBI circulars and
Listing Regulations.
Pursuant to Regulation 34 and other applicable Listing Regulations, Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26,
comprising Notice for the 48th AGM and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year 2025-
26 along with Auditor's Report thereon, Director's Report and other reports required to be annexed thereto, is
