Prima Plastics Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 10(5) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, regarding an inter-se transfer of shares amongst the promoter group. The transfer involves Mr. Dilip Manharlal Parekh, a promoter of the company, acquiring 29,01,921 equity shares by way of gift from other promoters in the group. The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains the same, and the transfer is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (iv) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
