Pradhin Ltd has been initiated with Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) due to a financial debt of Rs. 12,98,00,000/- to Tatad Nayan Gautambhai. The company has been ordered to repay the debt, but has failed to do so, resulting in the initiation of CIRP.
