Item No. 1:
The Resolution Professional ("RP") to take the Chair
Mr. Rajesh Jasti, Resolution Professional ("RP") appointed in the Corporate
Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") of M/s Pradhin Limited ("Corporate
Debtor"), took the Chair and declared that the meeting of the Committee of
Creditors ("CoC") had been duly convened.
The Chairman welcomed the members of the Committee of Creditors and other
invitees present at the meeting. Thereafter, the Chairman conducted the roll
call and requested all participants attending the meeting, whether in person or
through electronic means, to identify themselves for the record.
The details of the members of the Committee of Creditors, their authorized
representatives, advisors, and other attendees present at the meeting are set
out in the Attendance Sheet, which forms an integral part of these Minutes.
Item No. 2:
To ascertain the quorum of the Meeting in accordance with the provisions
of Regulation 22 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India
(Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
The Chairman informed the members that, in accordance with Regulation 22
of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process
for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 ("CIRP Regulations"), the quorum for
a meeting of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") shall be as specified under
Regulation 22(1) of the CIRP Regulations.
The Chairman further informed the members that the authorized
representatives of all the Financial Creditors, constituting 100% of the voting
share of the Committee of Creditors, were present at the meeting. Accordingly,
the requisite quorum, being not less than thirty-three percent (33%) of the
voting share, was duly present, and the quorum requirement under Regulation
22 of the CIRP Regulations stood duly complied with.
The Chairman further noted that the quorum was present at the
commencement of the meeting and would be maintained throughout the
proceedings of the meeting in accordance with the applicable provisions of the
CIRP Regulations.
The Resolution Professional, along with members of his team, was also present
to facilitate and assist in the conduct of the meeting.
There being the requisite quorum, the Chairman declared the meeting duly
constituted and called the meeting to order.

To take note of the circulation of the Minutes of the 1st CoC Meeting.
“The Committee of Creditors took note of the Minutes of its 1st Meeting, as
circulated among the members on 1st August 2026.
Item No. 4:
To take note of the Time Lines Under CIRP.
The Chairman informed the members of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC")
that, in terms of Section 12 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
("Code"), the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") is required to be
completed within a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the
Insolvency Commencement Date ("ICD"), unless such period is extended in
accordance with the provisions of the Code.

The members of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC"), after due
deliberations and discussions, took note of the same.
Item No. 5:
To Take Note of the List of Creditors Prepared by the Resolution
Professional
The Chairman informed the members of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC")
that, in terms of Section 18(1)(b) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
("Code"), it is the duty of the Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP") to receive,
collate and verify all claims submitted by the creditors pursuant to the public
announcement made under Sections 13 and 15 of the Code read with
Regulation 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency
Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 ("CIRP
Regulations").
The Chairman further informed the members that, pursuant to the aforesaid
provisions, the IRP had received, collated and verified the claims submitted by
the creditors and had prepared the List of Creditors, setting out, inter alia, the
amounts claimed and the amounts admitted based on the verification carried
out as on the relevant date.
The members of the Committee of Creditors, after due deliberations, took note
of the List of Creditors and the claims admitted by the Interim Resolution
Professional.
