The chairman, Mr. Pravin Kakad, took charge and welcomed the shareholders to the AGM. He informed the meeting that the required quorum was present, and the meeting was ordered to commence. The chairman briefed the members on the business operations, performance, and future plans of the company. The notice convening the 27th Annual General Meeting, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were taken as read.
