Patdiam Jewellery Ltd held its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, at its registered office in Mumbai. The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 2:00 PM. The chairman, Mr. Pravin Kakad, took charge and welcomed the shareholders to the AGM. He informed the meeting that the required quorum was present, and the meeting was ordered to commence. The chairman briefed the members on the business operations, performance, and future plans of the company. The notice convening the 27th Annual General Meeting, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were taken as read. The chairman invited CS Preeti Sachdeva to communicate the further proceedings of the meeting. He introduced the respected dignitaries on the occasion. Consequently, e-voting facility was not provided to the shareholders, and the voting was conducted through ballot paper. The chairman then invited CS Preeti Sachdeva to communicate the further proceedings of the meeting. He introduced the respected dignitaries on the occasion.
