Resignation of Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2026 with effect from close of business hours of 27/07/2026

Octaware Technologies Ltd announced the resignation of Aabid & Co., Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, due to personal and unavoidable circumstances. The Board of Directors will take note of the resignation at its ensuing meeting, and the Company will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor within the time prescribed under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

With reference to the outcome of previous Board Meeting of the Company held on 15th July 2026, wherein the Board of Directors had approved to shift the Registered office of the Company ....

Octaware Technologies Ltd has decided to shift its registered office from Maharashtra to Uttar Pradesh, subject to shareholder approval, for cost optimization and better shareholder participation.
