Nelcast Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons. This action is taken in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed starting July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
