Metal Coatings (India) Ltd announced that its Statutory Auditors, Mehra Goel & Co., have converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and are now operating as Mehra Goel & Co LLP. The company confirmed that this change is purely in the legal form of the audit firm and does not impact the audit engagement. Mehra Goel & Co LLP will continue to serve as the company's statutory auditors for their remaining approved tenure.
