Intimation regarding OCPS issued by subsidiary company of Mas Financial Services Limited
MAS Financial Services Ltd's subsidiary, MAS Rural Housing and Mortgage Finance Limited, has partially redeemed 33,33,330 Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) held by the parent company. This redemption amounts to Rs. 3,33,33,333 and is in accordance with the original investment terms. The transaction will not result in any change to MAS Financial Services Ltd's existing equity stake in the subsidiary.
