Knowledge Realty Trust, through its Manager, has approved the allotment of rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, transferable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for an aggregate principal value of INR 600 crores. These NCDs have a face value of INR 1,00,000 each and were allotted on a private placement basis. The debentures are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited, signifying a significant debt fundraising initiative for the Trust.
