K-Lifestyle & Industries Ltd's 11th CoC meeting was held on 23rd July 2026, where the Resolution Professional (RP) took charge as the Chairperson. The meeting was attended by representatives of Bank of Baroda, UCO Bank, and Indian Bank. An unauthorized participant, impersonating Mr. Jaiprakash Mishra, was detected and confronted. The RP verified the identity of the actual Mr. Mishra, who denied any association with K-Lifestyle & Industries Ltd.
