The Company informs BSE that pursuant to non-approval of the RBI, of the proposed change in management, the proposed acquisition of control cannot be proceeded with and therefore, the Open Offer by Tirupati Agrotech Private Limited, to acquire shares in our Company being the Target Company stand withdrawn.
Jindal Leasefin Ltd has withdrawn its open offer to acquire 26% of the company's shares due to non-approval from RBI for the proposed change in management.
