Eco Recycling Ltd's Board has approved the preferential allotment of 300,000 fully convertible share warrants to its promoter and promoter group at a price of Rs. 411 per warrant. This initiative aims to raise up to Rs. 12.33 crores, with Rs. 3.08 crores already received as a 25% upfront subscription. These warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months upon payment of the remaining 75% and are subject to lock-in, providing a capital infusion for the company's future endeavors.
