Dynemic Products Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Updates' related to tax deduction on dividend. The company will deduct tax at source from dividend paid to shareholders, as per the Income Tax Act, 1961. Shareholders who are resident individuals will not have to pay tax if the dividend amount is less than ₹10,000 or if they furnish Form 15G or Form 15H. Non-resident individuals will not have to pay tax if they provide details and documents as per the format attached in Annexure 3.
