Mr. Ankit Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will also cease to be KMP under Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations w.e.f. the close of business hours on September 30, 2026. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Ankit Shah that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other that those which are provided in the resignation letter.
