Dharani Sugars & Chemicals Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. Effective from July 1, 2026, this closure is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will inform the date of the Board meeting for approving these results in due course.
