Ather Energy's Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 6,24,630 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under its Ather Energy ESOP 2025 plan to eligible employees. Each option allows the grantee to acquire one equity share with a face value of Rs. 1/-, at an exercise price of Rs. 1/-. The exercise period is five years from the date of vesting. This grant is a routine action under the company's pre-approved employee incentive scheme, complying with SEBI regulations.
