Zee Media Corporation Ltd has allotted 3,960 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of US$ 1000 each to Sun India Opportunities Investing Fund 'incorporated VCC sub-fund' on a private placement basis. The FCCBs are 5% coupon, unsecured, and unlisted, maturing in 10 years. The allotment was approved by the Securities Issue and Allotment Committee (SIA) of the Company.
