Change of Registered Office out side the Local Limits of the same City/Town/village but within the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies
VCU Data Management Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the company's registered office address. The office will be relocated from Malad, Mumbai, to Vashi, Navi Mumbai, both situated within Maharashtra. This shift is outside the local limits of the current city but remains within the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies and State. The change is subject to shareholder approval via a Special Resolution and necessary regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies.
