UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed shareholders holding shares in physical form about the mandatory requirement to update their KYC details, including PAN, nomination choice, contact information, bank account details, and specimen signature. This is in accordance with SEBI circulars issued on February 6, 2026, and June 10, 2024.
