Appointment of Mr. Alok Kumar Murarka as Interim Resolution Professional
TV Vision Ltd has been admitted to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) following a petition by Punjab National Bank, a financial creditor. The CIRP has commenced with effect from July 30, 2026, and the powers of the Board of Directors have been suspended. Mr. Alok Kumar Murarka has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to manage the affairs of the Company.
