TV Today Network Ltd has sent letters to eligible shareholders regarding the transfer of unclaimed equity shares and unpaid dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This is mandated under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, for dividends unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more (specifically for FY 2018-19 and 2019-20). Shareholders are requested to claim their dividends by October 10, 2026, and November 21, 2026, respectively, to prevent their shares from being transferred to the IEPF account.
