This action is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are approved by the Board and subsequently declared to the stock exchanges. Board Members, Connected Persons, and Designated Persons are prohibited from trading company securities during this period.
