Time Securities Services Private Limited acquired shares from Mr. Naveen Kumar Jain, Mr. Raghupathy Thyagarajan, and Mr. Vishal Anil Jain. This transaction falls under the exemptions of SEBI Takeover Regulations, and importantly, the aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged at 47.56% of the paid-up share capital.
