TeamLease Services Ltd has received an Interim Order dated June 17, 2026, from the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka. This order is in response to a Writ Petition filed by the company on June 12, 2026, challenging an Order-in-Appeal from the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise (Appeals-III), Mumbai, dated January 30, 2026. The company previously disclosed the receipt of the initial Order-in-Appeal and the filing of the Writ Petition. TeamLease stated it will continue to pursue appropriate legal recourse in this ongoing matter.
