The JVCo will establish and operate a state-of-the-art EMS manufacturing facility, specifically targeting Japanese clients. Syrma will hold a 60% stake, investing approximately INR 15 Crores, while Kaga will hold 40%. This strategic alliance aims to expand Syrma's manufacturing capabilities and market reach within the electronics sector.
